We're looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 23+ years of hands-on experience in sales and client acquisition. If you're confident in communication, skilled at building long-term client relationships, and passionate about closing high-quality dealsespecially in the real estate or premium service segmentthis could be the right role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert potential leads into clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Should be a great team player!
Build strong relationships with niche and high-value clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM or internal tracking systems
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches
Requirements:
23 years of proven experience in business development or sales (real estate or niche client handling is a plus)
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. If you don't have a degree, never mind; if you're talented and skilled, don't hesitate to apply.
Proficiency in English and Malayalam (verbal and written communication)
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills, and creative skill is a plus!
Ability to understand client requirements and present customised solutions
Excellent follow-up skills, time management, and ownership mindset.
