Role : Drive the Business Development Process
The total duration of this internship is 6 months withbase incentive of INR 10000/- per monthand a probation period of 3 months. These are the company's expectations from the intern :
- Drive business development efforts by reaching out to hospitals, clinics, and individual doctors to onboard them onto Docr.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, field visits, walk-ins, and referrals to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Conduct in person and virtual product demos for doctors and clinic staff, clearly explaining workflows and value proposition.
- Convert qualified leads into active subscriptions through consultative selling and long term relationship building.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow ups, visits, and conversions using CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Understand clinic level pain points and pitch Docr solutions customized to individual practice needs.
- Own weekly and monthly acquisition targets and contribute to regional growth goals.
- Coordinate closely with onboarding, product, and support teams to ensure smooth activation and retention of doctors.
- Gather market intelligence, doctor feedback, and competitor insights to improve sales strategy and positioning.
- Represent the Docr brand professionally in the field and maintain high ethical standards in all business interactions.
