Job Description

Role : Drive the Business Development Process

The total duration of this internship is 6 months withbase incentive of INR 10000/- per monthand a probation period of 3 months. These are the company's expectations from the intern :

  1. Drive business development efforts by reaching out to hospitals, clinics, and individual doctors to onboard them onto Docr.
  2. Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, field visits, walk-ins, and referrals to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
  3. Conduct in person and virtual product demos for doctors and clinic staff, clearly explaining workflows and value proposition.
  4. Convert qualified leads into active subscriptions through consultative selling and long term relationship building.
  5. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow ups, visits, and conversions using CRM or internal tracking systems.
  6. Understand clinic level pain points and pitch Docr solutions customized to individual practice needs.
  7. Own weekly and monthly acquisition targets and contribute to regional growth goals.
  8. Coordinate closely with onboarding, product, and support teams to ensure smooth activation and retention of doctors.
  9. Gather market intelligence, doctor feedback, and competitor insights to improve sales strategy and positioning.
  10. Represent the Docr brand professionally in the field and maintain high ethical standards in all business interactions.
