Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive network growth, revenue generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have experience in Digital Marketing and preferably an Affiliate Marketing background.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and onboard new Domestic and International clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
· Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, upselling, and strategic partnerships.
· Manage day-to-day client communication and requirement gathering.
· Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
· Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client support.
· Monitor campaign performance and share reports with clients.
· Follow up on validations, invoices, and payments.
· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Digital Marketing, or Affiliate Marketing.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Experience handling Domestic and International clients.
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good to Have
· Experience in Affiliate Marketing Networks.
· Understanding of Performance Marketing models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPI, CPC, CPM).
· Knowledge of Lead Generation and Client Acquisition strategies.
