Business Development Executive

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Type: Full-time

As a Business Development Executive, you'll work closely with learners, understand their goals, and guide them toward programs that genuinely help them grow. Your role sits at the intersection of consultative selling, learner experience, and growth.

What you'll do

  • Speak with working professionals, understand their career goals, and help them evaluate whether Airtribe is the right fit.
  • From the first conversation to final enrollment—follow up, clarify doubts, and guide learners with empathy and clarity.
  • Recommend solutions based on learner needs, not scripts. Honest conversations > hard selling.
  • Every interaction shapes our brand. You'll be the human face of Airtribe for many learners.
  • Share learner insights with marketing, product, and program teams to improve messaging and experience.
  • Keep conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes documented for seamless collaboration.
  • Attend networking events, connect with professionals, and help expand our reach.

What we're looking for

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales / inside sales/business development
  • Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections with confidence
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Ownership mindset—you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Basic comfort with CRMs, Google Sheets, and sales tools

Nice to have:

Experience in edtech, consultative selling, or career-focused sales
