Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive with strong experience in IT staffing and offshore team engagement models. The role involves generating new business across domestic and international markets, building a healthy pipeline, and closing deals for contract staffing, dedicated developers, and resource augmentation services. Along with outbound outreach, the candidate will also be responsible for generating and closing opportunities through online marketplaces platforms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, calls, referrals, and online marketplaces.

Run targeted outbound campaigns with personalized messaging and maintain a steady pipeline of 3050 active prospects across domestic and international markets.

Qualify opportunities by understanding real requirements tech stack, budget, timelines, decision-makers, and urgency.

Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and position our staffing/offshore team models effectively.

Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate rates and engagement models, and manage the deal cycle from first contact to closure.

Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and requirement fulfilment.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, upsells, cross-sells, and referrals.

Track competitor trends, share market insights, and report weekly on pipeline movement, conversions, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications required:

25 years of experience in IT staffing, resource augmentation, or IT services sales.

Strong understanding of contract staffing, dedicated offshore teams, and T&M models.

Proven success in outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email sequences, and calling.

Hands-on experience closing deals through online marketplaces platforms.

Working knowledge of CRM and outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Good understanding of IT roles and skill sets across development, QA, cloud, DevOps, and data.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
