Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive sales growth in the assigned region, with a strong focus on expanding the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering) segment.
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the HORECA business model, customer behavior, and operational dynamics.
  • Strategize and implement a structured sales management process to identify, prioritize, and engage key customers and prospects.
  • Lead new account acquisition and development to expand the customer base in the HORECA segment.
  • Build strong, long-term business relationships by identifying client needs and delivering value-based solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies on a regular basis to stay ahead in the market.
