About the Role
We are hiring a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive B2B sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to overall business growth. This role is ideal for candidates who are target-driven and enjoy field sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B business opportunities
Conduct client meetings and handle field sales activities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal teams
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed CTC: Up to 5 LPA
1,000 Laptop Allowance
4,000 Petrol Conveyance (on achieving 70% of monthly targets)
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate (Diploma / HSC with strong experience may be considered)
Minimum 1 year of hardcore B2B sales experience
Mandatory Requirements
Must own a two-wheeler
Valid Driving License (DL)
Vehicle RC (own or immediate family member's)
Own Laptop
