Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will identify and generate new business opportunities, manage and nurture client relationships, and strategize ways to expand market presence. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, handling accounts, and maintaining clear communication with potential and existing clients. The executive will also be responsible for fostering partnerships with educational institutions and driving growth initiatives for the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation techniques
- Strong knowledge and experience in Business strategy and development
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage relationships effectively
- Experience in Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Strong networking skills with the ability to develop professional relationships
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of the education sector or exposure to international university admission systems is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
