Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive( Web Development Projects) located in Mohali district. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing accounts. The role involves building strong client relationships, devising strategies to expand the customer base, meeting sales targets, and collaborating closely with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop strategic client relationships
• Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the digital marketing or web development industry is a plus
