Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Executive located in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, creating and managing leads, building relationships with clients, and managing key accounts. The role involves working closely with potential and current clients to understand their needs and align them with the company's solutions. Additionally, the candidate will represent the company in client meetings, negotiate contracts, and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Strong expertise in Business operations and understanding of strategic sales processes.
  • Excellent Communication skills with proficiency in building client relationships and managing interactions effectively.
  • Experience in Account Management to maintain long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align business goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in technology or digital solutions will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, email communication, MS Office, Sales Navigator, CRM, Apollo and Canva is must 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support discovery calls and pre-sales activities 
  • Execute cold calling, mailing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns 
  • Assist in creating company collaterals and presentations 
  • Support branding and promotional activities 
  • Coordinate and participate in networking events 
  • Generate and track leads through different channels 
  • Maintain follow-ups and sales activity records 
  • Work closely with internal teams for campaign execution
