Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales & Bidding Specialist who can support the sales team in acquiring new business through effective proposal management, RFP/RFI responses, and solution articulation. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services or SaaS-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate relevant opportunities from platforms (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, portals, inbound leads)
- Prepare high-quality proposals, bids, and tender responses
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to create winning solutions
- Understand client requirements and translate them into compelling proposals
- Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle (qualification → submission → follow-ups)
- Create reusable content like proposal templates, case studies, and pitch decks
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and timelines
- Coordinate for pricing inputs, estimations, and commercial documentation
- Track bid status and maintain documentation repository
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ response management
- Strong proposal writing and documentation skills
- Good understanding of IT services / SaaS solutions
- Ability to convert technical inputs into client-friendly proposals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good to Have
- Experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or other bidding portals
- Exposure to ServiceNow / Cloud / Digital Transformation projects
- Understanding of pricing models (T&M, Fixed Bid)
- Basic knowledge of solution architecture or effort estimation
