Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales & Bidding Specialist who can support the sales team in acquiring new business through effective proposal management, RFP/RFI responses, and solution articulation. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services or SaaS-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate relevant opportunities from platforms (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, portals, inbound leads)
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, bids, and tender responses
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to create winning solutions
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into compelling proposals
  • Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle (qualification → submission → follow-ups)
  • Create reusable content like proposal templates, case studies, and pitch decks
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and timelines
  • Coordinate for pricing inputs, estimations, and commercial documentation
  • Track bid status and maintain documentation repository

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ response management
  • Strong proposal writing and documentation skills
  • Good understanding of IT services / SaaS solutions
  • Ability to convert technical inputs into client-friendly proposals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good to Have

  • Experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or other bidding portals
  • Exposure to ServiceNow / Cloud / Digital Transformation projects
  • Understanding of pricing models (T&M, Fixed Bid)
  • Basic knowledge of solution architecture or effort estimation
