Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive ( Hybrid Sales )

Location: Chennai

Department: Sales & Business Development

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Professional to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes, market research, and client engagement strategies, along with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to align client requirements.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business potential.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools.

Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to enhance market visibility.

Provide regular reports and updates to management on pipeline status and business performance.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

2+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, B2C Sales or Client Acquisition.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office tools.

Proven ability to build networks and maintain long-term client relationships.

Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

Experience in IT / SaaS / Recruitment / Consulting domain.

Knowledge of lead generation via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach.

Familiarity with digital marketing and sales automation tools
