Property Acquisition Analyst/Lead -
This role is responsible for identifying potential properties for purchase, conducting due diligence and background checks, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating documentation for financing, bridging, and repayment processes.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Urban Planning, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in property acquisitions, real estate compliance, or related fields.
- Experience with real estate financing (bridge loans, mortgages, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of property laws, municipal regulations, and real estate documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel, property valuation tools, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
