Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Dubai at Urban Company. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and attacking key strategic problems/ opportunities that will unlock growth for UC in the UAE.
This incumbent will also work closely with our suppliers & business partners and help them scale their business on Urban Company.
What will you do:
• End-to-end ownership of select-service categories for service quality & growth
• Be a strategic thought partner in regards to operations and business development & execute and run BAU projects end to end
• Be a visible and vocal influential champion for our customers and external stakeholders (service partners)
• Dive deep into the numbers and make data-driven decisions and process improvements to ensure growth
• Be a hustling multi-tasker. You'll be the go-to person for many key strategic and operational initiatives.
What are we looking for:
• 0-2 years of experience at in business/operations at high paced start-ups.
• Excellent communication skills: Will be in constant touch with business partners to help them grow on UC.
• Basic understanding of data analytics and data driven decision making
• Over and above - strong-willed, sharp problem solver and hands on!
