Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Associate (Inside Sales) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, specifically targeting HRTech. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by managing the complete sales pipeline for our HR technology portfolio. You will be responsible for proactively hunting new mid-market and SME clients, presenting technical software capabilities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to close contracts.
