Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Associate (Inside Sales) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, specifically targeting HRTech. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by managing the complete sales pipeline for our HR technology portfolio. You will be responsible for proactively hunting new mid-market and SME clients, presenting technical software capabilities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to close contracts. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of verified professional experience in Corporate Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development roles.
  • Prior familiarity with SaaS product ecosystems or enterprise software suites (HRMS, ERP, or CRM tools).
  • Exceptional English verbal clarity and written communication skills optimized for pitching to corporate C-suite figures.
  • Hands-on proficiency with major CRM software (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) to document daily call tracking data.
  • Bachelor's degree required; a Post Graduate degree or an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Human Resources is highly valued.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop tailored solutions for clients.
