About StartupFlora

StartupFlora is the business consultancy division of Acolyte Technologies Pvt. Ltd., helping startups and SMEs with business consulting, government funding schemes, grants, startup registration, compliance, and growth advisory services.

We work closely with founders and businesses across India and are building a strong revenue-driven sales team focused on client acquisition and business closures.

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented sales professionals who have strong expertise in lead conversion, revenue generation, and client closures.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and should be confident in handling end-to-end sales processes including lead handling, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.

Candidates from industries such as Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, EdTech, B2B Services, or any target-driven sales environment will be preferred.

The primary focus of this role is generating revenue through successful sales closures and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales leads effectively
  • Connect with startups, business owners, and SMEs to understand their business requirements
  • Pitch company services and explain business consulting and funding solutions
  • Convert potential leads into paying clients through strong follow-ups and negotiations
  • Drive consistent revenue generation and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain proper sales pipeline and daily follow-up records

Client Handling & Closures

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand customer pain points and provide suitable solutions
  • Handle objections confidently and ensure successful closures
  • Ensure proper coordination with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients

Team Leadership Responsibilities (For Team Leader Role)

  • Lead and manage the sales team
  • Monitor team performance and target achievement
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and motivate team members
  • Support the team in lead conversion and closures
  • Ensure overall team revenue targets are achieved

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Revenue Generation
  • Strong experience in lead conversion and sales closures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented and pressure-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
  • Experience in handling client interactions and revenue targets
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and reporting/
