Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through various channels (online research, campus visits, events, etc.)
• Counsel students and parents about our Aviation and Hospitality training programs
• Schedule and conduct product demos and presentations
• Follow up with prospective students for enrollment
• Maintain and update CRM/database regularly
• Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns
• Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing/Management preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
• Proficient in MS Office and basic tech tools
