Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (CTC)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Working)

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other sales activities.

* Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.

* Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.

* Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Tele Sales, or a similar role.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

* Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
