Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Associate based in Nagpur. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, performing market research to understand customer needs, and contributing to business growth strategies. Additionally, the role involves participating in client meetings, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align on project requirements, and preparing proposals to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in lead generation, market research, and client prospecting
  • Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and report generation
  • Understanding of technology trends, especially in healthcare, logistics, fintech, or enterprise software domains, is a plus
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in business development or sales are an advantage
