Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Nagpur. In this role, the Sales Associate will engage with potential clients to promote and demonstrate BidBot's AI-powered solutions, nurture client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and meet sales targets. Daily responsibilities include providing product guidance, handling client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve growth goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with an ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to understand and clearly explain technological solutions, with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge or familiarity with government tenders and their processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
