Role Overview:

We're looking for high-energy sales professionals who love targets, conversations, and closing deals. As a BDA, you will help prospective learners understand the value of our programs and convert them into successful enrollments through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Business Development Associate (INSIDE SALES ROLE)

What You'll Do:

Convert inbound leads into enrolled learners

Counsel students via calls & virtual sessions

Drive revenue and consistently hit sales targets

Build strong customer relationships

Update lead activity in CRM tools

What We're Looking For:

Freshers

Bachelor's degree in any field (Graduation is mandatory)

0–1 years of experience in B2C Sales / Edtech / Inside Sales

Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

High ownership and performance-driven mindset

Willingness to work 6 days a week

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment

Compensation & Benefits:

CTC: 8.10 LPA(₹3.6 LPA Fixed +4.5 LPA Variable) (during the initial 2-month training period, pro-rated), scaling up to ₹9 LPA post-training (₹4.5L Fixed + ₹4.5L Variable)
