Role overview
Academic Counsellors for ROW (Rest of World) markets play a pivotal role in engaging international
parents via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video, understanding their child's needs, showcasing program
USPs (like champion teachers), and driving enrollments through consultative sales to meet weekly targets

Work Schedule & Requirements
Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business requirement).
Shift Window: ROW Shift – 5 AM IST - 3 AM IST.
Mode: Remote / WFO (laptop mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition).
Stable internet connection required for seamless video calls and CRM access.
Geography Allocation: Will be assigned based on training completion
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.
Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with ROW parents.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales role. Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
