Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Experience: Fresher (2019-2026 Passouts can Apply)

Salary: 18k – 20k in hand

Location: Bengaluru (Sahakar Nagar, Hebbal)

Industry Type: Real Estate

Language Requirement: Kannada & English compulsory (Any other language with this is plus)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Indentify & Connect with potential customers.
2. Explain Compnay products/services to clients effectively
3. Build and maintain strong relationship with customers
4. Achive assigned sales & business targets
5. Follow up with leaads & maintain proper communication
6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
