Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales & Business Development Associate based in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include lead generation, conducting market research, and developing client presentations to support business opportunities. The role also involves delivering effective presentations to prospective clients and building relationships through clear, professional communication.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation and Presentations skills
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in real estate or business development is a plus

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹2.45 Lakh Per Annum onwards

Incentive: ₹50,000 to ₹3,00,000 per month (Performance Based)

Earning Potential: ₹1 Lakh+ monthly( no cap)
