Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru! In this exciting role, you will play a key part in driving our sales growth and building strong client relationships in the Bengaluru market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To generate the leads from cold calling & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
  • To set up and deliver sales presentations of products/services demonstrations on a daily basis.
  • To ensure systematic follow-up with the client to take the sales pitch to closure.
  • To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
  • To ensure the following clients on daily bases until close the deal.

Skills:

  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Innovative vision and foresight to anticipate and create new opportunities that resonate with your customer.
  • Knowledge of local languages Kannada, Hindi and English.
  • Must be interested in Field Sales.
  • Strong Organisational skills and Time Management skills.

Good to have:

  • Basics in MS Excel, Google Forms and Google sheets.
  • Two-Wheeler Transport.

Qualification:

  • At least having 6 months to 1 year of Field sales experience or Freshers
  • 12th Graduates minimum
