Key Responsibilities
- Assist the partner in onboarding for the salon for the women's category.
- Coordinate with walk-in candidates and support the documentation process.
- Maintain onboarding data, tracker sheets, and daily reports.
- Prepare and update reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain onboarding funnel data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding operations.
- Handle desk-based operational activities.
