Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds Ltd, India's leading luxury lab-grown diamond brand, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with around 3 years of experience in the jewellery industry (B2B sales).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in the jewellery sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Present and promote Limelight's products, highlighting their unique value proposition and market potential.
- Identify, pitch, and onboard Franchise and SIS (Shop-in-Shop) partners to expand the brand's retail footprint.
- Negotiate and close B2B sales and partnership agreements ensuring mutually profitable terms.
- Represent Limelight at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen industry presence.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B jewellery sales experience.
- Proven success in franchise development or SIS acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of jewellery products, trends, and retail dynamics.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions
