Role Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Promote Accounting Outsourcing, Payroll Outsourcing, and Review/Compliance services to prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual/physical) to understand business requirements and present service offerings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals as per company guidelines.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and update lead pipeline and client data in CRM system
- Coordinate with internal operations team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client base.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Submit regular sales reports and performance updates to reporting manager.
SKILL SETS REQUIRED
Mandate
Minimum 23 years of B2B sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and lead generation skills with proven target achievement record.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred
Sales experience in Accounting, Payroll, or Outsourcing services.
