Job Description

Job Title: - Sales Associate

About Responsibilities/ Duties: -

  • Collaborate with the business development team to refine the sales strategy.
  • Counseling students on their career progression and upskilling required.
  • Work on crafting the sales pitch and converting the warmer leads.
  • Deep dive into AccioJob programs and pitch it to our registered users.
  • Interact with students to provide guidance, mentorship, counseling and learning roadmap.
  • Craft, negotiate and finalize deals with students.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Ideal Candidate: -

  • Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills (English +

Kannada)

  • Strong networker & relationship builder, with good and tactful negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and delivering work that is of a high standard.
  • Quick learner and someone who has high work ownership.
  • Student centric mindset and willingness to take extra steps to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Optimistic, resilient, and open to new ideas and ways of working
