The business development associate bridges engineering insight with commercial growth. You will work closely with the support team and clients to position the right products, demonstrate technical value, and build long-term customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with industrial clients to understand operational challenges and application requirements.
- Provide technical consultation and recommend optimal mechanical and electromechanical engineering solutions.
- Support the sales team with pre-sales engineering expertise, product positioning, and solution design.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase application-specific value.
- Respond proactively to client queries, offering practical and commercially viable recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and account growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development within existing accounts.
