Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and creating and maintaining relationships with clients. The Business Development Executive will actively engage in account management, foster strong client partnerships, and contribute to the achievement of company growth goals through strategic initiatives and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Strong understanding of Business operations and processes with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships through Account Management.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Development & Marketing (EdTech/ERP/LMS/Software preferred, but freshers with passion will also be considered)
- Ability to crack new clients with confidence and persistence.
- Fast learner, hardworking, and willing to put in smart efforts.
- Comfortable with offline fieldwork and travel.
- Ability to understand and clearly convey product value
- Quick learner with strong market and customer orientation
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team when needed.
- Must be available to join immediately on urgent basis
- Candidates pursuing or having a background in Business, Marketing, or related fields will be preferred
- Should be well-spoken in English
