Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive - B2C Inside Sales in Bengaluru South. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development efforts through lead generation, engaging with prospective clients, and fostering relationships with potential customers. Your day-to-day activities will include handling inquiries, identifying client needs, presenting solutions to prospective students and professionals, managing customer accounts, and preparing feedback reports to drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Skilled in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and create growth opportunities.
  • Strong foundation in Account Management and Business practices to maintain and expand client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and present solutions clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Prior experience in sales or a related field is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
