Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver

  • Brand Account Management : Own end-to-end relationships with multiple brands advertising on Zepto Ads. Act as the primary point of contact for campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization. Drive retention, upsell, and long-term account growth
  • Campaign Setup & Optimization : Set up campaigns across Zepto Ads inventory using best-in-class targeting strategies. Continuously monitor and optimize performance against KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and revenue. Translate brand objectives into scalable campaign strategies.
  • Billing, Invoicing & Reconciliation : Own monthly billing cycles for your accounts, spend tracking, and reconciliation for assigned accounts. Ensure accuracy in invoicing and resolve discrepancies in coordination with finance and brands.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Deep dive into campaign data to generate actionable insights and performance narratives. Build and maintain performance trackers and dashboards. Support brands with structured performance reviews and optimization recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Tech, Operations, and Sales teams to flag product gaps, drive feature enhancements, and improve advertiser experience and monetization outcomes.

Are you who we're searching for

  • Strong account management and stakeholder management skills. High data comfort with ability to translate numbers into business actions. Strong problem-solving and execution mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards). Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. SQL(good to have).
  • 2-3 years of experience in client facing roles in account management, performance marketing, ad operations, digital media, SaaS, or e-commerce roles. Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or monetization platforms is a plus.
