Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with enterprise clients and providing high-quality sales solutions. Daily tasks include managing and growing key accounts, delivering sales presentations to clients, generating and qualifying leads, and driving sales operations to achieve revenue targets. Collaboration with internal teams and clients to develop customized solutions will also be a part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in delivering effective Sales Presentations to enterprise clients
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining customer relationships
  • Ability to lead Lead Generation initiatives and drive potential client engagement
  • Experience with Sales and Sales Operations to achieve business objectives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Knowledge or experience in the surveillance and security industry is an advantage
