Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of GuideYu, working directly with clients to understand their needs, showcase suitable properties, and close successful deals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, has a flair for sales, and is eager to grow in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Source and qualify potential clients via cold calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Client Meetings: Understand customer requirements and provide tailored property recommendations.
  • Site Visits: Organise and conduct property visits, clearly presenting features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Sales Closures: Convert qualified leads into successful deals through effective follow-ups and presentations.
  • Negotiation and Finalisation: Handle client negotiations and close deals efficiently.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • CRM Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Inventory management and market knowledge.
  • Social media activity and development, and LinkedIn Engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate (preferably commercial).
  • Proven ability to generate leads and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and open to local travel (2 wheelers provided) - KRA and KPI will be tracked.
