Job Description
Role: Business Development Associate
Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore - WFO
Shift: 11 AM – 8 PM
Week Offs: Monday & Tuesday
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0-5 Years (sales)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and reach out to high-intent prospective clients via cold outreach, calls, and follow-ups.
- Product Pitching & Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and product walkthroughs to parents, students, or decision-makers based on their specific needs.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and log daily client interactions in the CRM.
