The Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)

This role is for ambitious, confident, people-oriented individuals who want to build a strong foundation in sales, customer engagement, and business growth.

You will be the first point of contact for parents and learners, helping them understand how Bhanzu can transform a child's relationship with mathematics.

Location: Bangalore (Office-based)

Role Type: Full-time

Eligibility: Graduate / Postgraduate (Any stream)

Compensation

  • Fixed Pay: 4.6 - 5.5 LPA
  • Performance Pay: Uncapped (sky is the limit)
  • Shift - Night Shift

What Will You Actually Do

As a BDA at Bhanzu, you will:

  • Engage with parents and learners through calls, emails, and digital channels
  • Understand customer needs and recommend personalized learning solutions
  • Build trust-based relationships, not transactional sales
  • Maintain and manage leads using CRM tools (we train you!)
  • Work closely with senior leaders and top performers to learn real-world sales strategy
  • Own your targets and celebrate wins openly
  • Become a brand ambassador of Bhanzu's values and mission
