We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to help drive our outbound and inbound sales efforts and build a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers across target industries and geographies.
Execute outbound outreach via emails, LinkedIn, and calls.
Handle inbound leads and qualify them based on defined criteria.
Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data.
Required Skills & Experience
13 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to research accounts and personalise outreach.
Comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
