Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) for a fast-growing EdTech organization. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right upskilling programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective students and working professionals via calls, video calls, and follow-ups
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs
  • Handle the complete sales cycle: lead engagement → counselling → conversion
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and internal databases
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Build strong relationships to drive higher conversions and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales / business development / tele-sales / counselling / EdTech sales
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
