We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) for a fast-growing EdTech organization. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right upskilling programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and working professionals via calls, video calls, and follow-ups
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Handle the complete sales cycle: lead engagement → counselling → conversion
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and internal databases
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships to drive higher conversions and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales / business development / tele-sales / counselling / EdTech sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
