We're growing fast and hiring energetic, target-driven Business Development Associates to counsel learners and close enrolments through a structured inside-sales process.

Role Overview

This is an internship on-site role based in Bengaluru South. You'll engage with warm/inbound leads, understand learner goals, handle objections, and drive enrolments.

What you'll do:

• Connect with warm/inbound leads via calls/WhatsApp and qualify requirements
• Counsel learners on the right program fit (career goals, timeline, budget)
• Handle objections confidently: fees, trust, time, outcomes, comparisons
• Drive conversions: pitch, follow-up, and close enrolments
• Maintain accurate lead updates and follow a daily calling plan
• Collaborate with marketing/ops to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes
• Own monthly targets and deliver consistent performance

Language Requirement (Mandatory):

• Any one: Hindi / Tamil / Telugu / Marathi / Kannada
• English for internal coordination
