About the role

This role is about moving business. You own outcomes, not tasks, and you do what's needed to move sales forward.

That means chasing every follow-up until there's an answer, building the material a deal needs, getting our content out, and picking up anything else that's slowing the pipeline down.

It's a generalist role that leans towards sales. You'll work closely with our AEs and SDRs on live deals, and you'll also step into marketing and internal work whenever that's what's required. You'll learn a lot, quickly, because you'll be doing many different things at once.

About Eubrics

Eubrics is an AI sales roleplay platform. Salespeople practise their real conversations — discovery calls, objection handling, negotiations — with AI buyers, and get feedback on how they did. Instead of a training session they forget, they get practice.

We're a small team selling into the US market. There's a lot to do and not many people to do it.

What you'll do

Follow up and keep deals moving

Chase every open deal — the second email, the third, the LinkedIn message, the call
Support AEs on live deals: prepare before the call, send the recap after, confirm the next step, keep the CRM updated
Help SDRs prospect: build lists, research accounts, write sequences, book meetings
Spot deals going quiet early and act on them

Build what a deal needs

Pitch decks, follow-up decks and one-pagers, made for the specific buyer
Value propositions written for a specific person and a specific problem
Pull our case studies, testimonials and results into material reps can send

Get our content out

Work every inbound and campaign lead so none sit unattended
Post for Eubrics on LinkedIn and wherever else our buyers are, consistently
Help run webinars, events and campaigns end to end
Write — emails, posts, copy. A lot of this job is writing

Keep things on track

Pick up internal work that has no owner: trackers, reports, process gaps, tools that are half set up
Keep pipeline data clean enough to make decisions from
Use AI tools to do more in less time. We sell AI — we expect you to work with it

What we're looking for

0–2 years of experience, first jobs included. What you've done matters more than how long you've been working
Clear, simple writing. Most of this job is words going to people who don't know you yet
You finish what you start, and you move fast
You're comfortable following up again and again, and comfortable hearing no
You're organised — things don't get dropped when several are running at once
You're a learner. You'll be doing things you haven't done before, and the question is how quickly you pick them up
You're comfortable with AI tools and use them in your daily work
You want to be in sales

Useful, not required: B2B SaaS exposure, experience selling or marketing to the US, hands-on time with a CRM or outreach tool, a deck or campaign you built that someone actually used.

This isn't the right role if you want a fixed scope, or you'd rather plan the work than do it.

This is not a 9-to-5. The work ends when the outcome is achieved, not when the clock strikes five. Nobody counts your hours — everyone notices whether the thing shipped. You won't be handed a task list either; you'll be handed an account and an outcome and work out the sequence yourself.
