Role Description

As a Business Development Associate, you'll be at the front lines of our growth. Your job is to connect with aspiring founders, understand their goals, and guide them into the right 18startup program.

What you'll do

  • Speak with warm founder leads and understand their stage, needs, and seriousness
  • Communicate the value of 18startup programs clearly and confidently
  • Handle follow-ups, objections, and admission conversations with discipline
  • Drive conversions and payment completion
  • Maintain a clean CRM and pipeline tracking
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly admission targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech / Training / Startup sales.
  • Proven ability in handling B2C targets.
  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi; regional language a plus).
  • Discipline, ownership, and hunger to grow.
