We're Hiring – Student Advisor (US Market) | Fullstack Academy (A Simplilearn Company)

Looking for driven EdTech B2C sales professionals ready to grow in a high-performance, global sales environment.

Role: Student Advisor (Individual Contributor)

Experience:Minimum 1 year (EdTech B2C Sales – Mandatory)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work From Office)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Joining: April 7 Only !

What You'll Do:

  • Connect with prospective students interested in tech upskilling programs.
  • Understand career goals and recommend the right learning path.
  • Drive end-to-end sales conversations and close enrollments.
  • Follow up, nurture leads, and ensure a smooth student onboarding journey.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and consistently achieve enrollment targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year experience in EdTech B2C Inside Sales (Mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in handling US customers
  • Target-driven mindset with a proven sales track record
  • Ability to build trust, handle objections, and close effectively
  • Passion for helping learners transform their careers

Compensation:

  • CTC: Up to 30% hike on your current CTC
