Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development professional, located in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to uncover business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to create customised solutions. Excellent communication and customer service will be integral to fostering client relationships and achieving business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for digital services, including social media marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing, SEO, website development, and branding solutions.
Generate revenue through active sales efforts, client acquisition, and upselling of digital
services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering customised solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
Travel to other cities for client meetings, business pitches, and relationship management as required.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and sales presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of projects.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update records.
Stay updated with digital trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
