Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development (Acquisition) to drive new client acquisition and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing directly to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities -
- Identify and acquire new clients through strategic prospecting, networking, and outreach
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Generate leads via cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Present company offerings and tailor solutions based on client needs
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product) for smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and pipeline in CRM systems
Key Sills & Requirement -
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
