You will work alongside partner managers, real-time operations, and others to grow our business. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partner managers, real-time operations, and other teams to drive business growth.
- Utilize advanced data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Develop and maintain business-facing dashboards using data visualization tools.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience with quantitative analysis.
- Experience in network allocation and partner/vendor management.
- Contact center operations experience/Workforce management.
Required Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI software.
- Familiarity with ggplot for data visualization.
