Project Role: Business Architect

Project Role Description: Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing a business case to achieve the vision.

Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education

Summary:

As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your typical day will involve analyzing current business processes, conducting stakeholder interviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather high-level customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative business solutions.
  • Develop business case to achieve the vision.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior professionals in the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in conducting current state assessments and defining high-level customer requirements.
  • Ability to develop business solutions and structures to realize opportunities.
  • Knowledge of business case development and evaluation.
  • Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Compensation Management.

Additional Information:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud is required.
  • A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
