Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Business and Marketing specialist. The individual will be responsible for creating and executing business plans, developing marketing strategies, conducting market analysis, and fostering relationships with partners and customers. Key responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, overseeing promotional activities, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to create and assess strategies, analyze market trends, and measure outcomes.
- Proven expertise in Business and organizational management to develop goals, manage resources, and execute plans efficiently.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams, present ideas effectively, and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong Customer Service abilities to understand and address client needs, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Self-motivation with the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in event management or community building is a plus.
