Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Business Analyst, with work based in New Delhi and the option for partial remote work. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing actionable business requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting stakeholder communication, facilitating meetings, gathering data, preparing reports, and supporting the implementation of business solutions to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and recommend solutions
• Expertise in Business Analysis and Business Process improvement
• Proficient in gathering, documenting, and refining Business Requirements
• Effective Communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present findings clearly
• Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Experience in project management or consultancy is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with IT systems, digital transformation frameworks, and industry-specific technologies
